These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Matt’s Custom Golf Carts (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Matt’s Custom Golf Carts website, including any related pages, forms, inventory listings, media, mobile website, applications, tools, features, or services linked to or otherwise connected to the website (collectively, the “Site”).
