At Matt’s Custom Golf Carts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’ll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
How to Start a Return
- Call +1 (917) 245-2663 or email sales@mattscustomgolfcart.com with your order number.
- Include photos of the item and any damage so we can assist you quickly.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank transfers and Zelle refunds are typically processed the same or next business day.
Custom & “Call for Details” Items
Custom-built carts, special orders, and lithium/conversion packages are made to order and are generally non-returnable unless defective. Please confirm details with our team before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, and cover return shipping for verified damage.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is covered by us for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
